2025–2026 Fall Semester Orientation Programs

1. University Orientation Program

To facilitate the successful transition of newly admitted students into university life, Yozgat Bozok University organized an Orientation Program for students enrolled in its academic departments and programs for the 2025–2026 Academic Year.

During the program, newly enrolled students received comprehensive information about the University's academic and administrative units, as well as the social, cultural, and sporting opportunities available on campus. Students were also introduced to the various support services and facilities designed to enhance their university experience. In addition to helping students adapt to university life, the orientation program provided an opportunity to meet their faculty members and fellow classmates.

The program was held at the Erdoğan Akdağ Congress and Culture Center and was attended by the Rector of Yozgat Bozok University, Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Güngör Yılmaz, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Hıdır, and Prof. Dr. Tansel Hacıhasanoğlu, the Secretary General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kocakaya, faculty deans, directors of research centers, department heads, and students.

The opening speech was delivered by Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar, who welcomed the new students and emphasized that university life is not only an educational experience but also an important journey of personal growth and lifelong learning.

 

      

2. Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Orientation Program

The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences organized an Orientation Program for newly admitted students on Thursday, 18 September 2025, in the Faculty Conference Hall.

The program opened with a welcoming address by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Doğan, who greeted the new members of the Faculty and encouraged them to make the most of their university experience. His presentation focused on career development, personal growth, and future planning.

Faculty members also provided detailed information on the Student Information System (OBS), classroom facilities, academic regulations, career planning opportunities, and the general structure and services of both the Faculty and the University.

    

3. Department of Health Management Orientation Program

The Department of Health Management, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Yozgat Bozok University, organized a comprehensive Orientation Program for first-year students beginning their studies in the 2025–2026 Academic Year on 29 September 2025.

The program was attended by all faculty members of the Department, who introduced students to the Department's academic staff, organizational structure, and educational environment. Students received detailed information regarding the curriculum, academic regulations, advising services, internship opportunities, professional practice, and career development.

In addition, students were introduced to the University's social, cultural, and sporting facilities to help them adapt quickly and confidently to university life.

In the opening speech, the Head of the Department of Health Management welcomed the new students, wished them success in their academic journey, and emphasized that the Department would continue to support them throughout their academic and personal development.
