Graduation Requirements and Clearance Procedures
1. Academic Requirements for Graduation
In accordance with the Yozgat Bozok University Regulation on Associate and Undergraduate Education, Teaching and Examinations, the academic requirements for graduation are as follows:
Compulsory and Elective Course Requirements:
Students must successfully complete all compulsory courses and the required elective courses included in the curriculum and earn a minimum of 120 ECTS credits in total (Regulation, Articles 19/5 and 41/2).
Academic Achievement (CGPA):
Students must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00 out of 4.00 (Regulation, Article 28/7).
Compulsory Summer Internship:
Students must successfully complete the compulsory 20-working-day summer internship, and the internship file must be approved by the relevant commission (Regulation, Article 33/1).
Non-Departmental Elective Course:
Students must successfully complete at least one (1) non-departmental elective course from the University Elective Course Pool.

Note: After registration, account activation via email is required.
Submission of Documents and Student ID Card:
Graduating students are required to apply in person to the Vocational School with their student ID card and one passport-size photograph.
Academic Advising:
Students approaching graduation are kindly requested to remain in coordination with their academic advisors for monitoring the graduation process and reviewing course requirements (Regulation, Article 5/2).
