Application and Admission Requirements for the Double Major Program

Associate degree students may apply to a second associate degree major no earlier than the beginning of the second semester and no later than the beginning of the third semester. Undergraduate students wishing to apply to a second associate degree major may apply no earlier than the beginning of the second semester and no later than the beginning of the fifth semester.

To be eligible to apply for a Double Major Program, the student must:

  1. Have successfully completed all courses taken in the primary degree program up to the semester in which the application for the Double Major Program is submitted.
  2. Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.72.
  3. Rank within the top 20% of students in the relevant class of the primary degree program and have no record of suspension as a disciplinary penalty.
  4. Students who do not rank within the top 20% of their class in the primary degree program may also apply, provided that their admission score is not lower than the minimum admission score of the second major program for the year in which the application is made.
