Our Department of Horticulture conducts career planning activities to support the professional, academic, and personal development of our students; to increase their career awareness; and to contribute to their preparation for post-graduation processes. Within this scope, students' career goals, strengths and areas for development, professional expectations, and future plans have been evaluated through Career Planning and Follow-up Counseling Forms. Based on the results obtained, a Career Development Action Plan has been prepared to improve students' knowledge, skills, and competencies.
