Within the framework of the Human Resources Development through Vocational Education Project (HRD-VET), educational programs based on Level 5 occupational standards have been developed to strengthen employment-oriented cooperation between the labor market, vocational schools, and vocational and technical secondary education institutions.
The Construction Technology sector is characterized by continuous and dynamic growth due to rapidly changing global market conditions and increasing competition. As a result, it is regarded as a strategic industry that attracts significant attention from governments, which implement specialized policies and planning initiatives to support its development. In today's increasingly globalized business environment, competition has intensified considerably, leading industrialized countries to adopt measures aimed at protecting the sector and enhancing its competitiveness.
