Transcript (GPA and Semester GPA) Calculation

Students may estimate their academic averages by using the Excel file available via the link below. The file can be used during Course Registration and for estimating an expected graduation GPA.

Please note the following when using the file:

  1. Course titles have been entered in advance; however, they may be modified as required.

  2. For any course that you do not wish to include in the calculation, enter "0" in the Credit (K) field and "Y" in the Letter Grade (HN) field.

  3. Your Grade Point Average (GPA) will be the Overall Average displayed for the final semester for which you have entered letter grades. For example, if you have entered your courses and letter grades up to the third semester, your GPA will correspond to the Overall Average shown at the end of the third semester.

  4. This file is provided solely to assist students in estimating their academic averages based on their letter grades. The calculated results are for guidance only and have no official or legal validity.
