FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCES DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC FINANCE

The Department of Finance began its undergraduate education and training in the 2018-2019 academic year with a quota of 60 students.

Within the Department of Finance, there are the following main disciplines: fiscal theory, fiscal law, budget and financial planning, fiscal economics, and fiscal history. A regular education program in Finance has been opened under the Department of Finance.

In our department, education, training, and research activities are provided by 2 Associate Professors, 2 Assistant Professors, and 1 Research Assistant.

The Department of Finance, with a focus on public economics and the financing of public economics, aims to impart universal and local financial knowledge to its graduates and provide them with the professional knowledge and skills required for success in practical and business life. On the other hand, the program aims to contribute to the Turkish labor market by producing graduates who will have developed analytical thinking abilities and skills to interpret financial, economic, and political issues, thereby contributing qualified human resources to Turkey’s business sector.
