Students who obtain the required score in the Higher Education Entrance Examination (YGS) and the Undergraduate Placement Examination (LYS), administered by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), are eligible for admission to the Department of Journalism. Candidates who successfully meet the requirements of the LYS are placed in the Department by ÖSYM according to their examination scores and order of preference.
