A peer education event titled “Genç Baskı 101” will be organized to encourage Journalism Department students to share their professional knowledge and experiences with one another. The event, which will take place in the News Workshop, will focus on the news production and publishing processes of Genç Baskı through students’ experiences.
In the first session, Enes Alıç, a third-year student in the Department of Journalism, will share his knowledge and experiences regarding news production and publication under the title “From News Production to Publication.” In the second session, Tamer Erdem, a fourth-year student in the Department of Journalism, will discuss the process of transforming news stories into social media content under the title “From News to Social Media.”
The sessions will be held on September 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., respectively, in the News Workshop.
