Our department carries out career planning activities to support the professional, academic, and personal development of Plant Protection students, enhance their career awareness, and contribute to their preparation for post-graduation processes. Within this scope, students’ career goals, strengths and areas for improvement, professional expectations, and future plans have been evaluated through Career Planning and Monitoring Advisor Forms. Based on the results obtained, a Career Development Action Plan has been prepared to improve students’ knowledge, skills, and competencies.
