As part of Career Fest, the School of Foreign Languages at Yozgat Bozok University organized an “Job Interview Workshop,” giving students the opportunity to learn essential skills for English teaching job interviews in an enjoyable and interactive setting.

The workshop, designed for English preparatory class students, covered key topics such as the importance of making a good first impression, using professional and polite language, active listening, and body language. Through practical activities and sample interview questions, students reinforced what they had learned and had the opportunity to improve their English communication skills.

Jacquelyn COIRO, who previously worked at the School of Foreign Languages, also joined the event as moderator, contributing to the students’ learning experience. Held in an interactive and enjoyable atmosphere, the workshop enabled students to have fun while gaining practical knowledge to support their professional development.

In addition to enhancing students’ English communication skills, the event helped them prepare for their future professional lives with greater awareness and confidence.
