DUTIES OF THE DIRECTOR
To chair the School Boards, to implement the decisions of the School Boards and to ensure regular work between the units of the School,
To report to the Rector about the general status and functioning of the School at the end of each academic year and when requested,
To notify the Rectorate of the appropriation and staffing needs of the School together with the justification, to submit the proposal regarding the budget of the School to the Rectorate after receiving the opinion of the School Board of Directors,
To perform other duties assigned to him/her by laws and regulations.
The Director is primarily responsible to the Rector for the rational use and development of the teaching capacity of the School and its affiliated units; taking security measures when necessary, providing the necessary social services to students; carrying out education, training, scientific research and publication activities in an orderly manner; supervising and supervising all activities; monitoring and controlling and taking the results.
DUTIES OF DEPUTY DIRECTORS
To deputise for the directorate when the director is not on duty,

DUTIES OF THE SCHOOL SECRETARY
To exercise general supervision and control over the administrative staff of the School,
To ensure that the units in the administrative organisation of the School work efficiently, regularly and harmoniously,
To act as a rapporteur in the School Board and the School Board of Directors without participating in the vote, to ensure that the decisions taken in these boards are written, protected and kept,
To convey the decisions of the School Board and the School Board of Directors to the School and affiliated units or relevant institutions or persons,
To make a proposal to the Director about the personnel to be assigned in the administrative organisation of the School,
To carry out the correspondence of the School,
To ensure that security measures are taken when necessary,
To assist in the organisation of education and training activities in an orderly manner,

INSTRUCTOR DUTIES
To carry out educational and practical studies at associate, undergraduate and graduate levels,

To take the approvals of administrative and academic staff regarding unpaid leave, resignation and military service and to carry out procedures related to counting unpaid leave and military service from actual service,
To announce and follow the promotion exams,
To provide the necessary information to the investigating unit about the requested registry status and whether there are any penalties to be taken as a basis for disciplinary investigation,
To follow the penalties imposed as a result of the investigation in the computer environment and to make the necessary notifications according to the penalty status,
To fulfil the duties of similar nature to be assigned by their superiors,
To carry out the procedures for resignation, dismissal of personnel whose term of office has expired,
To make duty extensions in accordance with Articles 31, 32, 33/a, 33/e, 50/d of Law No. 2547,
To carry out annual and overseas leave, passport and travel card transactions of academic and administrative staff,
To act in accordance with the principles of saving,
To ensure that the tools and equipment in use are always ready for service.
To prepare the salaries of academic and administrative staff,
To make budget preparation studies,
To prepare additional course fees for first, second and summer school,
To prepare the overtime wages of academic and administrative staff,
To carry out transactions related to domestic, foreign and permanent duty travelling allowances,
To accrue the telephone expenses of our school,
To accrue the costs of goods, materials and services purchased from the budget of our Higher School,
To prepare the payrolls of part-time students in our School by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports,
To make all correspondence related to accounting,
To realise the SSI Premium payment of the internship students and to send it to the relevant unit,
To act in accordance with the principles of saving,
To ensure that the tools and equipment in use are always ready for service.
To keep records of movables and immovables owned or used by the administration,
To make inventory records of office supplies, computers and laboratories used by the staff of the School,
To have the machinery-equipment and office supplies used in the units repaired and maintained; to collect information about the malfunctions occurring in the offices of the lecturers, laboratories and classrooms or in the machinery-equipment in these places and to present them to the senior management,
To issue a Movable Transaction Receipt in triplicate for the purchased movables in accordance with the account codes in the Movable Code List after receipt,
To make the entries of the durable movables registered and to ensure that a registration number is assigned by the movable registration and control officer,
To record the movables received from the projects,
To ensure that durable movables are put into use in return for an embezzlement receipt,
To create a durable movable list for durable movables in common areas such as rooms, laboratories, corridors and classrooms,
To ensure that the year-end final movable accounts are made and reports are prepared and sent to the Strategy Department,
To act in accordance with the principles of saving,
