Foreign language courses offered by the School of Foreign Languages at Yozgat Bozok University have attracted considerable interest from participants. Classes have commenced in both the certificate programme and the YDS/YÖKDİL exam preparation courses, alongside initiatives to monitor learners’ language development.

On the second day of the certificate programme, participants took an internationally recognised English placement test. The test aims to assess learners’ current language proficiency and track their progress more effectively throughout the course. This practice is intended to ensure that learners’ development can be monitored more systematically using measurable data.

The strong interest in the foreign language courses is also thought to have been encouraged by our Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar’s personal mention of the courses offered by the School of Foreign Languages during the university’s general orientation programme. The university administration’s emphasis on foreign language education has further supported interest in courses designed to meet different learning objectives.
