PROCEDURES TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE STARTING THE INTERNSHIP

- You must print 2 copies for the internship application.

- fter getting them approved by the relevant institution, log in to sys.bozok.edu.tr to create your internship application and upload the approved document to the system.

- To ensure timely internship approval and insurance activation, you must upload the documents to the system within the week before the internship start date.

- Your internship start and end dates must be between 01.07.2025 and 05.09.2025.


PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED DURING THE INTERNSHIP

2) Click here to access the Internship Notebook. 

- After being accepted for the internship, you must fill out the notebook by writing daily tasks in detail, at least 1 page per day.

- Pages that are partially filled, contain large letters, skipped lines, or repetitive daily entries will be considered invalid.

- On each day of your internship, sign the attendance list inside the notebook. At the end, obtain a final signature from the institution official confirming your full attendance.

- After completing the internship, have the Internship Notebook fully signed and approved by the institution, then scan and convert it into a PDF format.

- Before uploading, reduce the file size to 4 MB or less.

- Log in to sys.bozok.edu.tr after completing the internship, select "your ongoing application", and upload your Internship Notebook through the menu that appears.

- The hardcopy of the notebook must be delivered to the Faculty Student Affairs Office within two weeks after the academic term begins, with a signature of receipt.

3) Click here to access the Internship Evaluation Form (to be filled out by the institution).

- Upon starting your internship, submit this form to the internship institution to be filled out at the end of the internship.

- After completion, the form must be sealed/stamped and signed, then placed in an envelope.

- The envelope should either be mailed by the institution or handed over to you for submission to the department.

- If the form is not received, your internship will be considered unsuccessful. The envelope must be submitted unopened to the department.

- If you are personally delivering it, you must submit it to the Faculty Student Affairs Office within two weeks after the academic term begins, with a signature of receipt.

4) Click here to access the Internship Excuse Notification Form.

- In case of absenteeism (leave, medical report, etc.), the student must notify and get approval from the internship institution. The approved student must then fill in the Form 116-YBÜ-FRM-116 IME-INTERNSHIP-Student Excuse Notification Form and notify the Faculty Student Affairs Office.

- The form and, if available, the medical report must be uploaded to sys.bozok.edu.tr.

- Missed days due to valid excuses will be added to the end of the internship period.

- The internship must be conducted as a continuous block; attendance is mandatory.

- If a student has a justifiable excuse (accident, health problems, death of a first-degree relative, etc.) and can document it, the internship commission may approve a leave of up to 20% of the total internship period.

- These days must be compensated at the end of the internship. Students who exceed this limit or are absent for three consecutive days without a valid excuse will have their internship terminated and deemed unsuccessful.

- If you begin the internship but need to withdraw for any reason, notify the Faculty Student Affairs Office to process the insurance cancellation.
