In general, the Career Planning Representative’s duty is to ensure communication between the department and the Career and Alumni Center; to inform students about career development, job/internship announcements, and career events; to carry out announcements, guidance, and coordination regarding Career Gate / Talent Gate processes—especially applications for the National Internship Program—and to convey feedback to the relevant units when necessary.

In general, the UZEM Representative’s duty is to ensure coordination with UZEM in the department’s distance education processes; to follow up information/communication processes regarding the planning and implementation of courses delivered via distance education; to guide instructors and students in the use of BOYSİS and similar distance education platforms; to forward possible problems to the relevant UZEM units and monitor the resolution process; and to support the effective and orderly conduct of distance education activities.
