Student Relations and Questionnaire Commission

Job Description: The task of the Student Relations and Survey Commission is to prepare appropriate surveys in line with the Quality and FEDEK criteria every semester, to apply these surveys to students and faculty members, to make evaluations about the results and to forward these evaluations to the head of the department.

Academic Incentive Application and Investigation Commission

Job Description: The task of the Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commission is to examine the documents of the scientific studies of the academic staff applying to the department to benefit from academic incentives on a program basis, to make the necessary corrections after the review and to forward the results to the Dean's Office.

Department Quality Commission

Job Description: The task of the Quality and Accreditation Commission is generally; within the framework of the relevant Legislation, to regulate the curriculum, program teaching objectives, program learning outcomes, etc. in line with internal and external stakeholder opinions, Quality and FEDEK criteria, to examine the relevant issues on the agenda of the department board in terms of curriculum compatibility and to give opinions.

Graduation and Grade Investigation Commission

Job Description: The task of the Graduation and Grade Review Committee is generally to examine the grade status documents of students who have successfully completed the education-training period and are entitled to graduate, within the framework of the relevant legislation, by comparing them with their education-training plans (comparing the Faculty Board Decision examples regarding the course matching of students in Farabi, Mevlana and Erasmus Exchange Program) and to decide on the graduation of students who have successfully completed the education-training plan.

Self-Evaluation Report (SAR) Preparation Commission

Job Description: Prepares periodic self-evaluation reports by evaluating the educational activities, research activities and management processes of our department. It supports quality improvement efforts by identifying areas for improvement through these reports.
