Information regarding contribution fee/tuition fees is announced on the Bozok University website during each semester registration renewal period.
- During the course registration week, during which the student registers for courses, the unit advisors or student affairs office staff will never request the student's contribution fee/tuition fee receipt. However, after the students complete their course registrations, they will submit their receipts to the student affairs offices of the units on the week the education begins.
- Students will register for courses using the course registration service at http://obs.bozok.edu.tr and send them to their advisor for approval. Your course registration will be completed with the approval of your advisor.
- The course registration made online and approved by the advisor will be considered valid. There is no need to prepare any additional documents. Every action taken by the student and the advisor is recorded in detail on a time basis. In case of objection, if requested, the Information Technology Department will approve and provide a document showing who did what and when during the registration process.
- Advisors and student affairs office staff must be present at their workplaces at all times during the registration renewal dates.
ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED BY STUDENTS WHO WILL REGISTER FOR A COURSE
1. It is mandatory for first-year students to take all courses opened for this class and cannot take courses from upper grades.
2. When selecting courses, GANO will be taken into consideration, not YANO.
GANO; 16 hours below 1.00
24 hours between 1.00-1.99
32 hours with a score of 2.00 and above.
3. When selecting courses, first take the failed courses, then if desired, take courses from upper grades.
4. The failed course should be selected first from the courses that come to the same class time in the course schedule. In order to be able to select another course in the same class time, there should be no obligation to continue from the failed course.
If the course that was previously shown as passed in the system is shown as failed during registration, the course registration should be made after consulting with the instructor of that course or the student affairs of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Sciences and correcting the correction.
