Our University Received Institutional Accreditation Certificate from YÖKAK

Our University has earned the right to receive Institutional Accreditation from the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) for 2 years.

The 2024 YÖKAK International Quality Assurance and Accreditation Conference was held at the Hacı Bayram Veli University Itri Congress and Culture Center.

Our University has earned the right to receive the “Institutional Accreditation Certificate” for 2 years in the Institutional Accreditation Program implemented by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK). The accreditation certificate was presented to our University Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar by the President of the Higher Education Council Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar and the President of the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak at the ceremony.

Making a statement on the subject, our University Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar said that the Institutional Accreditation Program, which ensures the evaluation of universities in terms of quality assurance system, education and training, research and development, social contribution and administrative processes, aims to increase the national contributions of universities in Turkey and their visibility in the world.

Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar, who emphasized that they have successfully carried out improvement works in every field in cooperation with all our academic and administrative units since the day they took office, said, “As a university, we have signed important works with all our stakeholders regarding accreditation works and quality management system. Today, we are proud to receive the “Institutional Accreditation Certificate”. We received our certificate from the hands of the President of the Council of Higher Education Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar and the President of the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak. Although we were established in 2006 as Yozgat Bozok University among the accredited universities that constitute 30% of the universities in our country, we are proud to be among the 100-year-old universities. We will continue our quality and improvement works in the upcoming period. "The certificate we received is an indication of the quality and institutional structure of Yozgat Bozok University. I would like to thank our university quality commission members, our academic and administrative staff and all our internal and external stakeholders for their efforts throughout the accreditation process," he said.
