BeeM Team is a technology team founded in 2019 by Electrical and Electronics Engineering students under the advisorship of Asst. Prof. Dr. Emrah ÇETİN to participate in the TÜBİTAK Electric Car and Robotaxi Passenger Autonomous Car competitions.
Since its establishment, its sole objective has been to conduct activities enabling students to develop themselves and to contribute to the country as better engineers. To this end, it participates in the TÜBİTAK Electric Car Races and Robotaxi Passenger Autonomous Car Races organized within the scope of TEKNOFEST.
Both competition technologies require distinct research and development activities. Therefore, they contribute significantly to student development. By maintaining teamwork throughout the process, students gain technical expertise while acquiring various engineering skills such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, reporting, task allocation, and reading technical papers.
Students prepare reports, deliver presentations, and shoot videos in accordance with competition requirements throughout the year. At the end of these processes, they pass the elimination rounds and earn the right to compete in the finals.
