Subject: Student Applications for the COP31 Young Academy Team

As part of the COP31 summit to be hosted by our country in Antalya from November 9–20, 2026, the "COP31 Young Academy Team" will be established under the coordination of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Applications have opened for the program, which aims to enable our university students to take part in academic projects and activities.

Important points for applicant students to consider are listed below:

  • Application Method: Applications must be submitted individually by students.

  • Application Requirement: During application, students must enter into the system the title of the project/activity they wish to participate in—chosen from those reported to YÖK by our University—and the details of the supervising academician.

  • Application Deadline: Friday, August 28, 2026 (by the end of the day).

Students wishing to apply can access the names of the projects/activities reported to YÖK by our University and the relevant academician information from the official documents attached below.
