How should I select my courses during course registration? How can I keep track of the courses I have taken and the courses I need to take?
At the beginning of each semester, all students, except preparatory-class students, are required to register for courses within the period specified in the academic calendar. Students must first select courses they have failed or postponed from previous semesters and then select the courses offered for the current semester. After completing course registration, students submit their registration for advisor approval. The registration becomes final after advisor approval.
Can we take courses from upper semesters during course registration? What is the maximum number of credits we can take?
According to Article 19 of the Yozgat Bozok University Associate and Undergraduate Education, Training and Examination Regulations, a student may take a maximum of 45 ECTS credits in a semester. Students must first select courses carried over from previous semesters and then select the courses offered for the current semester. Students may complete their remaining ECTS credits by taking courses from an upper semester. However, students must ensure that there is no timetable conflict among the courses they select. Otherwise, the system will give priority to courses carried over from previous semesters.

Students must apply for course exemption within two weeks from the beginning of the semester in which they enroll.
The documents required for exemption are:

However, if a student cannot take a midterm examination due to illness and has a medical report covering the examination date, the student may use the right to take a make-up examination.
Where can we find the dates and locations of examinations held at our Faculty?
Students can follow examination dates and locations through the announcements on the Faculty and Department websites, according to the dates specified in the University's academic calendar.
