Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commission

Duty Description: The duty of the Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commission is generally to review the documents of scientific studies conducted by academic staff who apply to the department to benefit from academic incentives on a program basis, to make the necessary corrections after the review and to submit the results to the Dean's Office.

Scholarship Committee

Duty Description: The general duty of the Scholarship Committee is to review student applications for scholarships in our department and to report the students who have won a scholarship to the Dean's Office.

Education and Training Commission

Duty Description: The duty of the Education and Training Commission is generally to carry out the work and transactions of the department students in the field of education and training by using the available resources effectively and efficiently within the framework of the relevant legislation.

Quality and Accreditation Commission

Duty Description: The duty of the Quality and Accreditation Commission is generally to organize our department's curriculum, program teaching objectives, program learning outcomes, etc. in line with internal and external stakeholder views, Quality and FEDEK criteria, to examine the relevant issues on the agenda of the department board in terms of curriculum compatibility and to express opinions.

Graduation and Grade Review Committee

Duty Description: The duty of the Graduation and Grade Review Committee is generally to examine the grade status documents of students who have successfully completed the education-training period and are entitled to graduate, within the framework of the relevant legislation, by comparing them with their education-training plans (comparing the Faculty Board Decision examples regarding the course matching of students in Farabi, Mevlana and Erasmus Exchange Program) and to decide on the graduation of students who have successfully completed the education-training plan.

Student Relations and Survey Committee

Duty Description: The duty of the Student Relations and Survey Committee is generally to prepare appropriate surveys in line with Quality and FEDEK criteria each semester, to apply these surveys to students and faculty members, to make evaluations regarding the results obtained from these surveys and to submit these evaluations to the department head.
