MISION

Our vision is to be a department that educates biologists who are competent at international level, have analytical thinking, are open to lifelong learning, innovative, use their knowledge and skills for the benefit of humanity, are respectful of ethical values, have a developed sense of belonging, and contribute to their field at a universal level with their research, and keep up with innovations and developments in their field, with our high-quality teaching staff, through the education we provide in cooperation with the world of science, education and technology at national and international levels.

To train knowledgeable and expert biologists who are open to the changing theories, methodologies and new trends of biological science, who have the ability to use modern research techniques of scientific experts together and effectively, who have the ability to conduct research at regional, national and international levels and actively participate in projects carried out in this direction, who have the necessary investigative and critical thinking to prepare scientific publications, who are sensitive to the problems of Turkey and the world and consider it their duty to contribute to their solutions.

VISION

To be a department that conducts education, research and practice in the fields of basic sciences and humanities within the framework of national interests and competitive at international level;

To train scientists to meet the need for biologists in our country and thus to provide the qualified human workforce required for the field and other related sectors;

Providing knowledge transfer to support them to lead creative partnerships in the development of findings in the field of Biology and Molecular Biology.
