Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts
The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, operating within the Faculty, has commenced its educational activities and provides students with a high-quality academic education. The Department adopts a contemporary educational approach that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills, aiming to prepare students for professional careers in the tourism and food and beverage sectors, public institutions, and other relevant fields. Through this approach, students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for employment following graduation. The Department currently has a total of four academic staff members, comprising three Assistant Professors and one Lecturer.
