Students who successfully complete this program can apply to master's degree programs in the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema or related fields, and to doctoral programs provided that they meet certain specific requirements. A student who has graduated from this program may apply to any of the master's and doctoral programs affiliated with the Institute of Social Sciences. According to the National Regulation on Graduate Education, students are admitted to master's programs based on their academic achievement levels in undergraduate programs and the scores they obtain in relevant fields on the Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) conducted by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Additionally, possessing adequate English proficiency and proving it through a valid exam may be among the requirements of the programs applied to. In this context, national regulations and the regulations determined by each university's senate will dictate the weight of ALES results in the general evaluation of candidates. Depending on the regulations of the institutions, a specific level of foreign language proficiency is also required for admission to certain applied departments.
