What are the working hours for the Student Affairs office?
You can reach the Student Affairs office during weekday working hours (08:00–12:00, 13:00–17:00).
Where can I access the forms requested by Student Affairs?
You can access the required forms under the "Quality Documents" section located in the Quality Management System tab.
What should I do to receive my Temporary Graduation Certificate or Diploma?
Students must register for the "Student Clearance System" available under Quick Access on our school's homepage. Once your application is received, graduating students must register for the "Alumni Association."
Student ID cards must be submitted during the collection of the diploma or temporary graduation certificate. In case of a lost student ID card, a loss announcement must be published in a newspaper, and a copy of that newspaper must be delivered to Student Affairs.
Students coming to collect their Vocational School Diploma who were previously issued a Temporary Graduation Certificate must bring the original wet-signed document; copies stamped as "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY" (ASLI GİBİDİR) are not accepted. If the Temporary Graduation Certificate is lost, the newspaper containing the loss announcement must be submitted to the Student Affairs unit. In cases where a loss announcement is required, it can be published in a national or local newspaper.
Students initiating the enrollment withdrawal process must register for the "Student Clearance System" via Quick Access on our website. Once your application status shows "Received," you must submit your Student ID Card, Enrollment Withdrawal Petition, and a photocopy of your National ID in person or by mail. If your student ID card is lost, a loss announcement must be published in a newspaper, and a copy of that newspaper must be delivered to the Student Affairs office.
