Although our Yerköy Vocational School was officially established on February 29, 2024, its origins date back much earlier. It was initially founded on September 23, 2010, as Yerköy Vocational School of Justice. Under the Department of Law, it began offering education across six programs: Justice, Justice (Evening Education), Social Security, Social Security (Evening Education), Penal Execution and Security Services, and Penal Execution and Security Services (Evening Education).

In 2020, the evening education program for Penal Execution and Security Services was discontinued, followed by the discontinuation of evening education programs for Justice and Social Security in 2022. At the end of 2023, a decision was made to close Vocational Schools of Justice nationwide, and accordingly, our Yerköy Vocational School of Justice was closed on November 23, 2023.

Re-established as Yerköy Vocational School on February 29, 2024, our institution resumed its educational activities with 3 distinct departments and 3 distinct programs. Following the closure of 1 department at the end of 2025, our Vocational School currently continues its educational activities with 2 departments and 3 programs.

Our Vocational School provides two-year full-time associate degree education. Our campus facilities include 5 classrooms, 1 computer lab, 1 conference hall, 1 library, 1 dining hall, and 1 cafeteria. Educational and research activities are conducted by 11 academic staff members who are part of our school's faculty.

The primary objective of our Vocational School is to train qualified workforce needed particularly in various units of the Ministry of Justice central organization, courthouses, other judicial authorities, notary and law offices, penal institutions, and social security institutions.
