Graduation Requirements and Clearance Procedures

1. Academic Graduation Requirements

In accordance with the Yozgat Bozok University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations, the academic requirements necessary for graduation are presented below:

Compulsory and Elective Course Load: It is mandatory to successfully complete all compulsory courses and required elective courses in the curriculum, and to provide a total of at least 120 ECTS credits (Regulation Art. 19/5 and 41/2).

Academic Success (CGPA): The Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) must be at least 2.00 out of 4.00 (Regulation Art. 28/7).

Compulsory Summer Internship: The 20-working-day compulsory summer internship must be successfully completed and the internship file must be approved by the relevant commission (Regulation Art. 33/1).

Out-of-Field Elective Course: At least 1 (one) out-of-field elective course from the University Elective Course pool must be successfully completed.

Document and ID Submission: An in-person application to our Vocational School is required with the student ID card and 1 passport-size photograph.

Academic Advising: Our graduating students are requested to act in coordination with their academic advisors for process tracking and course checks (Regulation Art. 5/2).
