1. How can students submit their satisfaction feedback, complaints and petitions?

Answer: Our students can submit their satisfaction feedback, complaints and petitions through our University's various channels. They can convey their opinions and suggestions on relevant topics via the Satisfaction Management System.

2. How can employees submit their requests and suggestions?

Answer: Our employees can submit their requests and suggestions in various ways. They can convey their requests through official correspondence via the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS). They can also present their wishes and suggestions through the Satisfaction Management System. The relevant units evaluate these requests and carry out the necessary procedures.

3. What are the communication tools at the University and how are they used?

Answer: The communication tools used at our University include EBYS, e-mail, telephone, SMS and websites. While EBYS is used for the management of official correspondence and documents, e-mail and telephone are preferred for internal communication. The SMS information system is used for urgent and important announcements, while websites are used to announce social and academic activities.

4. How is communication among staff at the University ensured?

Answer: Communication among staff is ensured through vertical, horizontal and diagonal communication methods. Vertical communication covers the flow of information from management to employees and from employees to management. Horizontal communication involves the sharing of information and work between departments and is usually carried out through e-mail, telephone, EBYS and meetings. Diagonal communication, on the other hand, is carried out in line with functional authority relationships in order to save time.

5. How can academic and administrative staff access their institutional e-mail addresses?

Answer: Institutional e-mail addresses for our academic and administrative staff and students are created by the Department of Information Technology. To activate the created e-mail address, users must activate their accounts through the "E-Mail" menu (mail.bozok.edu.tr) on our University's homepage. Password operations can also be carried out online from the same address.
