Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eldar Fethullayev

Eldar Fethullayev was born on March 12, 1942, in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 1965, he graduated with a Master of Science (M.Sc. / High Engineer) degree from the Department of Machine Tools and Machining Technologies at Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute. Between 1965 and 1969, he worked as a chief engineer at the Institute of Petroleum Machinery Design and Manufacturing Technologies. He completed his doctoral studies at Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. Starting his career as a research assistant at Azerbaijan Technical University in 1969, he earned the titles of assistant professor and associate professor, continuing his academic work there until 1997. Eldar Fethullayev joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Bozok University in 1997 and passed away in 2008 as a result of a tragic accident.

Focusing his academic research on machining technologies, as well as the design and manufacturing of cutting tools, Eldar Fethullayev authored more than thirty national and international scientific publications.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sabir Halilov

Sabir Halilov was born on March 6, 1941, in Georgia. In 1960, he graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Azerbaijan Technical University. He completed his master's degree in 1963 and his doctoral degree in 1975 at Azerbaijan Technical University. Between 1981 and 1985, he lectured at the University of Light Industry in Algeria. He served as an assistant professor at Azerbaijan Technical University between 1986 and 1989. Receiving the title of associate professor in 1989, he continued his work at Azerbaijan Technical University until 1996. Sabir Halilov joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Bozok University in 1996 and retired in 2009.

Conducting research on working cycles, design, and dynamics of internal combustion engines, Sabir Halilov has more than thirty national and international scientific publications.
