1- COORDINATION COMMITTEE
It consists of the Heads of Departments and the chairpersons of other committees. The task of this committee is to guide the work of other committees in line with the requirements of MÜDEK (Turkish Accreditation Agency for Civil Engineers), to coordinate the preparation of the self-assessment report, to organize the visit of the evaluation team from MÜDEK to the Department, and to coordinate the preparation of materials to be presented to the Evaluation Team.

2. EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMISSION
The task of this commission is to organize the curriculum of the Department's undergraduate program in accordance with MÜDEK criteria, to examine and provide opinions on relevant issues on the agenda of the Department's Academic Board in terms of curriculum compatibility. To this end:
To take action to achieve and optimize the educational goals and outcomes of the Department's program,
To monitor deficiencies and repetitions in course content and make suggestions for their reduction,
To work on establishing mechanisms to ensure the objective and homogeneous application of the measurement and evaluation system in the Department,

3. EXEMPTION AND EQUIVALENCE COMMITTEE
This committee operates to optimize the departmental application principles regarding horizontal transfer, vertical transfer, double major, and course exemptions within the criteria determined by the University Senate. It regulates the class equivalency and course exemptions of students who transfer between institutions or within a unit, or who wish to have courses they previously passed at another higher education institution counted towards equivalents after registration.

4. DOUBLE MAJOR AND MINOR COMMISSION
The task of this commission is to implement the procedures and principles to be followed in the application of Double Major and Minor programs between diploma programs within the university and to provide opinions to the Department Head. The commission submits all work done annually to the Department Head in an appropriate report format in the "last week of the year". This commission also coordinates and facilitates cooperation among the relevant commissions of other departments within the Faculty.

5. MEASUREMENT, EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
The task of this committee is to develop and implement methods such as surveys and questionnaires within the scope of measurement, evaluation and self-evaluation related to departmental activities, to examine the relevant issues on the agenda of the Department Academic Board in terms of their suitability for measurement and evaluation techniques, and to provide opinions. For this purpose;

To review and evaluate the Lecture Notes File and Student Works files;
To determine and implement the necessary methods for measuring and evaluating departmental outcomes;
To evaluate the measurement results and submit them to the Department (MÜDEK) Coordination Committee;
To be in communication with the Department (MÜDEK) Coordination Committee at every stage of the work;
To conduct SWOT analysis (faculty members, experts, technicians, clerks, service personnel, and students);
To evaluate SWOT survey forms and prepare a report;
To review and update student surveys;
To discuss, evaluate, and finalize the timing and evaluation methods of these surveys in the Department Academic Board;
To prepare, implement, evaluate, and report the results of faculty evaluation surveys to the Department Academic Board;

6. INFRASTRUCTURE AND REGULATION COMMITTEE
The task of this committee is to maintain an inventory of the department's infrastructure (classrooms and laboratories, etc.), to ensure the development of the program's infrastructure in accordance with MÜDEK criteria, and to evaluate and provide opinions on relevant issues on the agenda of the Department's Academic Board in terms of infrastructure suitability or necessity. To this end:

Ensuring the rational and technologically compatible use of the department's laboratories,
Ensuring the use of laboratories for educational activities at all levels, as well as for revolving fund, R&D, and scientific research purposes,
Creating an inventory of existing equipment and software in the department's laboratories. The responsibilities of the Commission include:
Determining the principles for the use of laboratories for educational, research, and other purposes (revolving fund, expert witness services, etc.) and announcing them to faculty members, students, and other interested parties in the form of guidelines;
Preparing development plans for laboratories and submitting funding requirements for physical infrastructure and equipment to the coordination commission;
Investigating the accreditation processes of laboratories, preparing proposals on this matter, and submitting them to the board;
Taking measures and conducting necessary studies regarding occupational safety;
Preparing operating instructions for instruments and equipment in the laboratories. Commission Chairman

7. PROMOTION AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS COMMISSION (MEVLANA, FARABI, ERASMUS, ETC.)
The task of this commission is to promote the Department domestically and internationally and to strengthen its international relations. To this end;
To announce the decisions taken by the Department Academic Board on the department's website on a daily basis,
To publish the results of surveys, meetings, seminars, symposiums, or social responsibility projects on the department's website,
To organize and coordinate scientific and social seminars, conferences, and meetings organized by the department during the academic year,
To carry out the necessary work to strengthen the domestic and international relations (Erasmus, Mevlana, Farabi, etc.) of the department's students and faculty members,
To make the necessary evaluations regarding domestic and international relations and present these evaluations to the Department Academic Board in a report. Commission Chairman

8. APPLIED TRAINING COMMISSION
This commission is formed in accordance with the principles stated in the Applied Training Directive and carries out the internship procedures that students are required to complete.
Its responsibilities include:
Checking the suitability of places where students can do their internships,
Providing opinions to the Department Academic Board on matters related to student internships,
Informing students about internship procedures,
Collecting and evaluating internship logbooks, following up on other internship-related procedures and reporting the results,

9. INTEGRATED QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COMMISSION
The task of this commission is to monitor the necessary activities for the integrated quality management system and to enter the necessary documents into the system.

10. GRADUATION, GRADE REVIEW AND ALUMNI MONITORING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE
The duties of this committee are; to organize meetings with stakeholders (business world and alumni), to maintain contact with our alumni, to organize career day seminars and other seminars, to organize various social events and to document the activities they have carried out to be submitted to the MÜDEK coordination committee. For this purpose;
Checking the status of students applying for graduation and submitting a report to the department head regarding whether they meet the graduation requirements,
Taking part in the organization of graduation ceremonies,
Communicating the needs of the sector in the field of education and training to the department as a stakeholder,
Making suggestions to the department in determining and evaluating the program's educational objectives,
Conducting activities to improve students' professional responsibilities and ethics and organizing events to enlighten them on professional ethical conduct principles,
Monitoring and evaluating graduates,

11. QUALITY AND ACCREDITATION COMMITTEE

12. SUMMER SCHOOL COMMISSION
To ensure that students' summer school procedures are carried out in accordance with the Yozgat Bozok University Summer School Directive,
To receive applications from students who will attend summer school outside our university and to check the suitability of the courses they will take,
To make announcements to students about the operation of the Summer School,

13. PROGRAM OUTCOME MATCHING-EVALUATION AND BOLOGNA COMMISSION
The duties of this commission are;
Reviewing and evaluating the currency of program outcomes,
Examining and updating course learning outcome-program outcome mappings as needed,
Preparing improvement proposals based on the findings and submitting them to the department boards,
Preparing the requested reports and documents within the framework of the KAP Action Plan on time,
Coordinating the Department's ECTS/ECTS and carrying out tasks related to the Bologna process.
