Curriculum Vitae 

Prof. Dr. Gürsel GÜLER was born in 1983 in Yozgat, Turkey. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Yozgat. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Erzurum Atatürk University, Kazım Karabekir Faculty of Education, in the Secondary School Mathematics Teaching Department and graduated in 2006. During the 2006-2007 academic year, he worked as a mathematics teacher at Menemen Girls' Vocational High School in İzmir/Menemen. In the 2007-2008 academic year, he began his Ph.D. studies in the Mathematics Education program of the Secondary Science and Mathematics Education Department at the Institute of Educational Sciences, Erzurum Atatürk University.While continuing his doctoral studies, he was appointed as a Research Assistant in February 2009 at Erzurum Atatürk University, Kazım Karabekir Faculty of Education, in the Secondary School Mathematics Teaching Department. After completing his Ph.D. in 2013, he started working as an Assistant Professor in the Mathematics Education Department at Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Education.Between 2014 and 2018, he worked as a Lecturer in the Mathematics Education Department at Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Education. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2018 and became a Full Professor in 2023.Prof. Dr. Gürsel GÜLER continues to serve as a faculty member in the same department. In terms of administrative duties, he served as the Head of the Mathematics and Science Education Department and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education between 2017 and 2024. Since August 19, 2024, he has been serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Education at Yozgat Bozok University.He is married and has one child.
