Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Education was established in 2008 and continues its academic activities at the Erdoğan Akdağ Campus.
The Faculty began admitting students in the 2012–2013 academic year, initially offering undergraduate programmes in Science Education, Primary School Education, and Early Childhood Education.
In the 2015–2016 academic year, the Primary Mathematics Education programme was introduced. This was followed by the Guidance and Psychological Counselling and Social Studies Education programmes in the 2016–2017 academic year. In 2018, the Turkish Language Education and English Language Education programmes were also launched.
In addition to its undergraduate programmes, the Faculty contributes to postgraduate education through programmes offered by the Graduate School of Yozgat Bozok University. Postgraduate study is available in the fields of Science Education, Mathematics Education, Social Studies Education, Primary School Education, Guidance and Psychological Counselling, Curriculum and Instruction, and Educational Administration. Both master’s and doctoral programmes are offered in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Administration.
