What should I do to receive my Temporary Graduation Certificate or Vocational School Diploma?
Fill out the Clearance Form via the Quick Access section on our website (https://bozok.edu.tr/okul/yozgat-myo/sayfa/ogrenci-ilisik-kesme/1612). Once your application is marked as received, register on the Talent Gate (Yetenek Kapısı) and the Alumni Association (Mezunlar Birliği).
Hand in your Student ID Card upon collecting your diploma or temporary graduation certificate. If your Student ID Card is lost, you must publish a loss notice in a newspaper and submit that newspaper issue to Student Affairs.
Students coming to pick up their Vocational School Diploma who were previously issued a Temporary Graduation Certificate must bring the original wet-signed copy. Copies with an "AS-IS ORIGINAL" (Aslı Gibidir) stamp are not accepted. If the Temporary Graduation Certificate is lost, a newspaper containing a loss notice must be delivered to Student Affairs. In cases where a loss notice is required, either national or local newspapers may be used.
How can I deregister / withdraw my enrollment?
Students undergoing the deregistration process must complete the Clearance Form via Quick Access on our website (https://bozok.edu.tr/okul/yozgat-myo/sayfa/ogrenci-ilisik-kesme/1612). Once your application is marked as received, submit your Student ID Card, Deregistration Petition, and a copy of your National ID in person or by mail. If your Student ID Card is lost, you must publish a loss notice in a newspaper and submit that newspaper issue to Student Affairs.
