Goal 1. To improve the quality of education and training

Objective 1.1 Education and training programs will be improved and developed.

Objective 1.2 Learning resources will be enriched, accessibility will be increased, and the proportion of courses conducted through blended education will be increased.

Objective 1.3 Student motivation and competencies will be increased,

Objective 1.4 The university's national and international recognition will be increased,

Goal 2. To increase qualified scientific research and project activities whose results can be transformed into social and economic benefits
