The Department was established in the 2018–2019 Academic Year. The Private Security and Protection Program was launched under the Department of Property Protection and Security.
Educational, instructional, and research activities within the Department are carried out by Head of the Department Lecturer Fatih TAŞTAN, Lecturer Güldal DOLU, Lecturer Yeliz BULUT, Lecturer Gülşah SEDEF, and Lecturer Oğuzhan VURAL.
The Private Security and Protection Program is dedicated to educating and training qualified private security professionals who are capable of serving effectively in both public and private sector organizations throughout Türkiye. The program aims to equip students with the theoretical knowledge, practical competencies, and professional skills required to meet the contemporary needs of the private security sector.
