ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Automotive Technology program is a two-year program established to prepare students who are qualified, able to keep pace with the times, and capable of meeting the demands of the automotive industry (including sales, production, planning, and after-sales service), while also fostering a mindset open to growth and development. The program aims to equip automotive technicians not only with a high level of manual dexterity through their education but also with theoretical knowledge and advanced technological skills. In addition to the theoretical and practical training provided, internships in the industry allow our students to gain experience before entering the workforce.

GRADUATES’ PROFESSIONAL PROFILES WITH EXAMPLES

Education in the Automotive Technology Associate Degree Program is conducted professionally, supported by scientific and technological approaches as well as regular laboratory and workshop applications. Courses in the Automotive Technology Program are delivered based on theoretical knowledge, experimental skills and abilities, and applications in both traditional and modern technologies. Graduates, who are trained to meet the quality and service philosophy expected in today’s automotive industry—both in production and after-sales service sectors—can work as technicians in automotive research units and various public institutions and organizations. In the private sector, within industries that utilize both traditional and modern technologies for production, these graduates can serve as a bridge between managers/engineers and workers in various segments of the automotive industry, such as manufacturing, sales, after-sales services, spare parts, training, and consulting services.
