Our department's Private Security Program requires a mandatory 20-day internship. Internships can be completed in institutions selected through the Internship Mobilization program initiated by the Presidency of Human Resources, as well as individually. Internships can be undertaken in both private and public institutions. Furthermore, our department's 2021 curriculum is based on the 3+1 Education model, although not yet implemented in our programs. This model involves three semesters of theoretical education and one semester of on-the-job training. The 3+1 education model aims to allow students to familiarize themselves with workplaces and increase their practical knowledge before graduation. It is believed that this allows them to gain experience in the current business world, prove themselves, and increase their job opportunities.
