Our students can calculate their estimated grade point averages using the Excel file available at the link below. This file can be used during course registration and to estimate the approximate graduation grade. The following points should be taken into consideration when using the file:
Course names have been entered in advance; however, they can be changed as desired.
For courses that you do not want to be included in the calculation, enter "0" in the Credit (C) field and "Y" in the Letter Grade (LG) field.
Your Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) will correspond to the "Overall Average" shown for the last semester for which you have entered courses and letter grades. For example, if you have entered courses and letter grades up to the third semester, your CGPA will be the "Overall Average" at the end of the third semester.
This file is provided solely to assist our students in calculating their possible grade point averages based on the letter grades they have received. It has no legal validity and is not an official transcript calculation.
