Important Information Regarding New Student ID Cards (CAMPUS CARD)

1. For newly enrolled students who have acquired student status at our University, user information is transmitted to the bank by the Department of Student Affairs within the framework of the relevant protocol. Following this process, Campus Cards are printed by the bank and sent to Halkbank Yozgat Central Branch (or to the relevant district branches for students studying in the districts).

2. Since the Campus Card also serves as the official student identification card, students are required to obtain one.

3. In the event that the card is lost, stolen, damaged, or broken, the cardholder must notify the bank as soon as possible in order to block the card for financial transactions. This notification must be made by calling Halkbank Call Center at 0850 222 0 400 or by applying in person to a Halkbank branch. Any financial risk arising from failure to make such notification shall be the responsibility of the cardholder.

4. Students who have previously been issued a student ID card and have received it must request a replacement card in cases of loss, theft, malfunction, or retention of the card by an ATM. The cardholder student must apply by calling Halkbank Call Center at 0850 222 0 400 or by visiting a Halkbank branch in person and requesting the reissuance of the student ID card. The renewed card must then be collected from the relevant bank branch. Contacting the bank for card reissuance is sufficient; students do not need to apply separately to the academic unit in which they are enrolled.

5. For students whose relationship with the University has been terminated for any reason, including graduation, voluntary deregistration, or termination in accordance with applicable regulations, only their student status ends; their status as a Halkbank customer may continue. The student card will be cancelled, and the Campus Card must be submitted to the relevant academic unit (Faculty/School) for destruction. Information regarding students whose student status has ended will be communicated to Halkbank by the Department of Student Affairs. For the continuation, termination, or closure of financial services and accounts, students must contact Halkbank Call Center at 0850 222 0 400 or a Halkbank branch.

6. Student ID cards belonging to students whose relationship with the University has been terminated due to graduation, voluntary deregistration, or other reasons stipulated in the regulations, as well as cards that are worn, broken, or unusable, must be submitted to the Student Affairs offices of the relevant units. These cards will be forwarded by the respective units, together with a list, to the Department of Student Affairs for destruction.

7. If printed student ID cards are not collected by the cardholders within three (3) months, they will be destroyed by Halkbank.

8. During the validity period of the protocol signed between our University and Halkbank, no account maintenance fee or card maintenance fee will be charged.

9. If there is any change in the information displayed on the student card, such as the student’s first name or surname, the student must apply to the relevant academic unit.
