Metin Oktay Tamer, Corporate Development and Human Resources Manager at ASELSAN Sivas, and Derya Öcalan, Corporate Development and Human Resources Specialist, visited Yozgat Bozok University Yozgat Vocational School to strengthen university-industry collaboration.

Within the scope of the visit, ASELSAN Sivas officials met with our Vocational School Director, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa ÖZDEMİR. During the meeting, evaluations were made regarding practical training processes under the "3+1 Workplace Vocational Training Model," internship opportunities, post-graduation employment prospects, and the enhancement of university-industry cooperation.

Furthermore, discussions were held on updating educational programs in line with industry expectations, strengthening practical training activities, and implementing joint projects as well as technical training initiatives.

Our Vocational School Director, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa ÖZDEMİR, emphasized the great importance given to university-industry partnerships that support students' professional development, enhance their practical skills, and contribute to graduate employment. He expressed his gratitude to the ASELSAN Sivas officials for their courteous visit and valuable contributions to future cooperation.

The visit concluded with mutual wishes to strengthen collaboration aimed at improving our students' practical training opportunities and boosting qualified employment.
