Business Management Associate Degree Program
Welcome & Overview
The Business Management Program commenced its educational activities in the 1981–1982 academic year under the General Directorate of Non-Formal Higher Education of the Ministry of National Education. On July 22, 1982, the program was integrated into the university system via Decree-Law No. 41, continuing its operations under Kayseri Erciyes University. Following a period under Gazi University starting in 1991, the program was transferred to the Vocational School of Bozok University upon its establishment by Law No. 4567 on March 1, 2006, where it actively continues its academic activities today. While evening education (İ.Ö.) was introduced in 1992, admissions for this track were concluded after 2016.
Double Major Opportunities (ÇAP)
Students enrolled in our program benefit from Double Major (ÇAP) opportunities, allowing them to graduate with two distinct degrees. Eligible pathways include:
- Banking and Insurance Program: Graduates choosing this track are prepared for careers in public and private sector banks, financial institutions, accounting firms, corporate accounting departments, and data processing centers.
- Office Management and Executive Assistantship Program: Graduates choosing this track qualify for employment as executive assistants in private corporations, law firms, municipalities, insurance companies, financial institutions, and healthcare organizations.

The primary objective of the Business Management Program is to train qualified intermediate professionals, executive assistants, and mid-level managers. The curriculum equips students with contemporary business administration knowledge, practical operational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset required across the management, organization, marketing, accounting, and financial sectors of both public and private enterprises.
