DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1-To prepare agendas for the Faculty Board, Faculty Executive Board, and Faculty Disciplinary Board, and to attend their meetings.
2-To participate in the preparation of activity reports, internal audit, and strategic plans, and to ensure that results are followed up and transmitted to the relevant units in a timely manner.
3-To ensure the preparation of documents related to the recruitment of academic staff.
4-To regulate document flow between units by reviewing all outgoing correspondence and documents from the editorial office.
5-To check whether personnel files are maintained in an orderly manner.
6-To plan, supervise, and finalize activities related to building cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
7-To plan staffing needs regarding administrative personnel.
8-To ensure the preparation and management of the faculty budget.
9-To conduct and finalize preparations regarding external procurement.
10-To use faculty resources efficiently and economically, and ensure they are used accordingly.
11-To ensure that statistical information regarding education, instruction, and personnel is kept ready and updated.
12-To ensure that all types of personnel declarations are received on time.
13-To procure machinery and equipment to be used in administrative work and educational activities.
14-To participate in work regarding the arrangement and allocation of office spaces.
15-To take measures regarding faculty security and notify relevant authorities.
16-To attend meetings invited to by the Dean and the Rectorate.
17-To take measures to establish harmony, respect, and cooperation among staff.
18-To evaluate administrative personnel performance, subject required personnel to rotation, and ensure their participation in in-service training courses.
19-To comply with the code of ethics of the faculty, participate in internal control activities, and ensure that sensitive and critical tasks are taken into consideration.
20- To ensure the management and supervision of the administrative structure of the faculty, participate in boards, prepare the budget, and determine staffing needs,
21-To perform other duties assigned by the Dean.
22- Responsible to the Dean for these duties.
