Announcement Regarding the Submission of the Internship Notebook! The internship notebook must be filled out by hand or digitally for 30 working days, and all pages must be signed by the supervisor. Attachments should be prepared separately from the internship notebook, and each attachment must be signed by the supervisor. The supervisor evaluation form (Internship evaluation form) should be filled out and signed by the supervisor and submitted in a sealed envelope. The internship notebook will be bound, and the attachments will be submitted separately in a transparent folder or in spiral form. The internship notebook/documents will be handed over in person to the internship commission instructor you selected during course registration on Monday, September 21, 2026, against a signature. Deliveries before or after this date will not be accepted. Internship notebooks/documents deemed appropriate will have their internship presentations conducted face-to-face in a classroom setting by the instructor you choose during the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. (The internship presentation schedule will be announced later).
Final-year students who are at the graduation stage (only those who have completed their internship) can upload their internship logbook either in person or digitally to the system (to the email addresses specified for the internship). If the documents are to be uploaded to the digital system; the internship notebook and its appendices must be signed by the supervisor on each page, scanned, and uploaded by the student; the supervisor evaluation form must be uploaded to the system by the supervisor. If it is to be delivered by hand; the internship notebook should be bound, the appendices should be in a separate transparent folder or spiral-bound, and the supervisor evaluation form should be delivered to Kezban Becerikli in a sealed envelope against a signature. These students can submit their internship notebooks before September 21, 2026. The internship presentations of these students will be conducted via Zoom during the first week of the academic year.
All submitted internship notebooks and documents will be evaluated by the Internship Commission professors. During the evaluation process, the following points will be taken into consideration. Students who fully meet all the specified requirements will be able to participate in the internship presentation. The list of students with identified deficiencies or corrections will be announced on the Department's website. In order for the internship presentations to be carried out according to the planned schedule and without any delays, it is important for students to carefully check the following points before submitting their internship notebooks and documents. Especially considering that processes such as re-editing documents that require corrections, obtaining signatures/seals from the internship supervisor again, or re-acquiring necessary documents can be time-consuming, students are required to submit their internship documents completely and in accordance with the procedures.

Internship notebooks that are copies of each other or largely similar will not be accepted and will be considered grounds for correction/rejection.
