The Renishaw inVia Confocal Raman Microscope is an advanced spectroscopic analysis system that provides information on the molecular structure and chemical composition of samples, requiring either no destruction or minimal sample preparation. The instrument utilizes a 785 nm diode laser, enabling the recording of Raman spectra in the 100–4000 cm⁻¹ range with a spectral resolution of up to 0.5 cm⁻¹.
