How should I choose my courses during course registration? How can I keep track of the courses I have taken and the courses I need to take?
At the beginning of each semester, all students (except preparatory classes) must register for courses within the periods specified in the academic calendar. The student must first select the course they have taken from the faculty and then select the semester course. The student who completes the course registration sends it to the advisor for approval. The final registration is completed after the advisor's approval.
Can we take courses from previous semesters in Course Registrations? Up to what is the maximum number of credits we can take?
According to Article 19 of Yozgat Bozok University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation, a student can take a maximum of 45 ECTS credit courses in a semester. The student must first choose the remaining course from the previous semester and then the semester course. The student can fill the ECTS credit that they could not fill by taking a course from the previous semester (from the previous semester). The point to be considered here is that there should be no overlap between the courses that the student will choose according to the current course schedule. Otherwise, the system will allow the student to choose the course from the previous semester first according to the order of priority.
How can I make my course exemptions?
The student must apply for course exemption within two weeks from the beginning of the academic year they registered.

However, if a student with a report cannot take mid-term exams due to illness, he/she can use the right to take a make-up exam for the exams that fall on this date.
