TR

The program aims to train assistant educators who can continuously improve themselves within an educational system that complies with universal standards; who work for the benefit of society; who help children develop their skills and behaviors; who enable children to recognize their talents; who closely care for children in preschool education and special education institutions; and who provide training in areas such as computer skills, drama, and music. The program aims to provide the sector with qualified human resources each year in proportion to the number of graduates it produces. Due to the inclusion of preschool education in compulsory education in 60 provinces by the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) during the 2009–2010 academic year, the need for qualified and trained assistant staff at the intermediate level has increased.
