The primary purpose of our Center is to facilitate the breeding, supply, care, and use of mice, rats, guinea pigs, and rabbits for experimental research, and to ensure that scientific studies aimed at contributing to the advancement of science and society are conducted under standardized laboratory conditions using healthy, standardized laboratory animals, in accordance with animal welfare principles and ethical standards.
Another objective of our Center is to promote the translation of experimental findings into clinical applications, particularly where they may contribute to clinical practice. By pursuing these objectives, the Center also contributes to the University's efforts to increase the number of high-quality scientific publications.
