ACCOUNTING AND TAX PRACTICES PROGRAM

This is a two-year (four-semester) higher education program aiming to train accounting professionals who, within the framework of the fundamental principles of the accounting profession, possess the necessary professional values, can assume the responsibility of their profession, are aware of business ethics, and have the basic capacity to internalize ethical attitudes. The program also aims to train candidates who, after fulfilling the necessary legal requirements, can open and operate their own businesses in both the private sector and public institutions and organizations, in accordance with current professional laws and regulations.

The aim of our program is to train personnel who will meet the needs of accounting or consulting firms and the accounting and finance departments of commercial firms that provide services in accounting and tax practices. In our program, in addition to institutional knowledge, practical training and education are provided to ensure the development of students' skills. In the practice of the accounting profession, applications are being made that heavily utilize electronic environments in parallel with developing technologies.

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Students enrolled in the Accounting and Tax Practices program examine current developments in the field of accounting during their two-year studies and gain proficiency in accounting software that is essential for use in an office environment. They also acquire the ability to solve legal problems encountered in the accounting departments of businesses.

Our students who complete their education are entitled to receive an "Associate Degree Diploma" with the title of "Accounting Professional" as a person who practices the accounting profession independently or as a freelance accountant, or contributes to the accounting management of public institutions and organizations.
