As part of Career Fest events organized across Yozgat Bozok University by the Rectorate between October 12 and 16, 2026, an online meeting was held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, bringing together graduates of the Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program at Şefaatli Vocational School and current students.

During the meeting, Ece Günay and Arzu Töre, graduates of the Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program, shared their knowledge and experiences gained during their education, their professional experiences, and their career journeys with current students. The discussion also addressed important considerations during associate degree education, the importance of professional development, and career planning after graduation.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of our Vocational School Director, Dr. Alperen Erdoğan, with the participation of academic staff. Students had the opportunity to benefit from the graduates’ experiences and obtain first-hand information about topics they were curious about. By answering students’ questions openly and sincerely, the graduates contributed to helping current students define their professional goals and plan their career paths more consciously.

We would like to thank our Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program graduates, Ece Günay and Arzu Töre, for contributing to the event by sharing their professional knowledge and experiences with our students, as well as the students who participated in the meeting and the academic staff who contributed to organizing the event.
